A Utah couple who initially were excited that their 6 month old baby boy broke a world record for being the youngest to water ski, is now receiving a HUGE backlash. The video has gone viral and the internet hasn’t been so eager to celebrate. The couple say that they ran the idea past their pediatrician who said he was impressed with the baby’s development and gave the idea the green light. Did I mention the infant is 6 MONTHS OLD? Even though the father is seen sitting on the edge of the boat, you can’t help wonder how traumatic it would be if the baby lost his grip or slipped off the board. And yes, I guess I’m now officially a ‘Karen’.
